Помогите MCPC-Plus 1.5.2

Создал папку на столе server, закачал в нее последнюю сборку ядра http://ci.md-5.net/job/MCPC-Plus/
создал батник start.bin:

У меня все запускается отлично, скачивается, захожу в клиент и могу поиграть на своем сервере (localhost). Скидываю другу абсолютно все тоже самое, но у него сервак не запускается (вот лог):

Экран показывал - делал все тоже самое что и я, антивирус отключали, перекачивали jav'у не помогло. в чем загвоздка?
